Der 1934 gegründete Liechtensteiner Fussballverband (LFV) engagiert sich seit bald 90 Jahren für den Fussball in Liechtenstein. Unter der «Vision Fussball Liechtenstein» gehört heute vom Breitenfussball, über den Spitzenfussball bis zu den Nationalteams alles rund um den Ball auf dem grünen Rasen zu seinen Aufgaben. Ein wichtiges Moment kommt der Strategie «Frauen am Ball 2026» zu. Peter Jehle, ehemaliger Liechtenstein-Nationaltorhüter, weiss dazu im LFV-Ausstellungsschwerpunkt der Ausstellung «Football. Women’s and Men’s World Cup» mit vielen Originalobjekten aus der LFV-Geschichte einiges zu erzählen.
